SIXDAYS was entrusted to realise this special edition house-branded magazine and “By The Lake” was conceptualised and fully executed by SIXDAYS from A-Z. The octagonal logo represents the many facets of life at Medini Lakeside while the dragonfly is a symbol of “introspection”; to be patient and look beyond the surface because you never know what could be discovered. Which is exactly what UMLand believed in making this project a reality. We employed multiple forms of media – illustrations to complement the free form of nature, graphics for explaining concepts, photography for reality and typography as a reinforcing element of By The Lake’s identity.
